Bruce Rabik began his insurance career as a commercial underwriter for Wellington Insurance. After 3 years with Wellington, Bruce worked for Trivest Insurance Network- the first "consolidator" company, which bought equity interests in brokerages across Canada. Bruce was responsible for Western Canada and part of Ontario where he conducted due diligence and consulting to brokers. After Trivest Bruce became a partner in Thompson & Company a mid-sized brokerage in Calgary which then merged with Renfrew. During that time Bruce was a founding partner of the Privilege 50 specialty program and sat as an original director of the largest network of brokers in Canada (INS) and of Zenith Insurance, a specialty call center based brokerage in Ontario. After 7 years on the brokerage side Bruce joined Cookson Walker, which is the preeminent consulting firm to brokerages across Canada. As part of Cookson Walker he consulted to brokers from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland and every province in between. Bruce joined Rogers Insurance Ltd. on October 1, 2002. Bruce has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management as well as undergraduate degrees in business and economics.
