The Rotary Employment Partnership is a partnership supported by District 5360, Rotary Clubs, Inclusion Alberta, and Alberta Human Services. The goal of the Partnership is to create meaningful employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. The Partnership does this by working collaboratively with Rotary members to harness the capacity of the business community to hire and retain employees with developmental disabilities.  Through this Partnership, Rotary members, who are primarily business owners, managers and professionals, advocate for the inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in the workforce.  Rotary members and clubs make excellent partners given their long-term and outstanding commitment to improving community life.
The Rotary Employment Partnership Committee is comprised of Rotarians from Rotary Club of Calgary who are willing to take a leadership role in the advancement of the Partnership within Rotary Club of Calgary. The purpose of the Committee is to provide employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities and to act as ambassadors for the Partnership to their fellow Rotarians, to employers and to the Calgary community.
