We are pleased to announce that Dr. Rob Heubert will speak on Arctic defence on February 10th—an urgent topic for Canadian sovereignty and security.
Dr. Heubert is a professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Calgary and a leading Canadian researcher and commentator on Arctic security and defence issues. He is a noted author and speaker in his role with NAADSN - the North American and Arctic Defence and Security Network, and a senior Fellow at the MacDonald Laurier Institute. Consider how Canada can defend its Arctic- with icebreakers, submarines, and dogsleds? From whom must we defend our North in these times? You won't want to miss the address.
