In the 2015-2016 year The Rotary Club of Calgary started a new senior's program. The program brings social events to seniors in East Village in conjunction with the Murdoch Social Club. The Club involvement is greeting the guests, taking entrance tickets, helping guests get seated, cleaning up and socializing throughout the evening. Music from the 50’s and 60’s will be played.

October 2015 - We are thrilled to announce the first East Village senior's dinner and dance was very well received and a good time had by all who attended and volunteered. According to staff the residents were very pleased.
